Returns policy

Wattle Street is committed to providing quality products that you're proud to own. However, should something not go according to plan, here's what you need to know about our returns policy.

ELIGIBILITY

You can return a full priced item within 30 days of the purchase date provided one of the following conditions apply: 

  • the item is faulty or damaged; or
  • you were sent the wrong item; or
  • the item is significantly different from the product description and images.

We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or if the item was discounted. We also do not accept the return of gift vouchers.

To complete a return, we require proof of purchase.

CONDITION

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

PROCESS

Please email us at hello@wattlestreet.com as soon as possible to advise us of the issue. We ask that you please include evidence of your purchase as well as a photo/s of the faulty or incorrect item.

We will respond via email with the outcome of our assessment and provide further instructions on how to return the item (if applicable).

REFUNDS

A refund will be provided if: 

  • we are unable to provide a replacement for a faulty or damaged item; or
  • we are unable to provide the correct item in the instance where the wrong item was shipped. 

Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
